Research Analyst

Research, develop and coordinate social service programs, including institutional and human resource development. Research and develop sponsorship program to recruit partnering organizations in the U.S. and Latin American Review and develop program procedure systems, standard operating procedures, and procedural manuals in English and Spanish. Research, design, and implement programs related to urban and community development, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and mental health matters. Coordinate outreach program to the Hispanic community and make recommendation on integrating the community with company’s programs. Conceptualize, perform and direct the research and writing of technical documents. Research, develop and implement plan for volunteer recruitment and resource development.  Collaborate in preparing proposals to public and private lenders/contributors to support company’s program activities.

Min. requirements: Bachelors degree and 2 yrs experience. Must write and speak in both English and Spanish.
