IBC orchestrates behavior management plans, implements plans and consistently consults on the progress of plans. Providing training in the home to assist in adults in the development of techniques and skills to improve and stabilize the family unit. IBC provides self-esteem activities, creative dramatic arts and educational enrichment and support services to adolescents and their families.
IBC provides strategies for such issues as truancy, tantrum attention seeking behavior, housework, chores, bedtime hassles, sibling difficulties, lying and noncompliance, juvenile justice and HIV/AIDS.
